(This Notice is published pursuant to the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture in Notification No.181 Extraordinary dated:24.2.2003.)

Applications are invited by the State Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kilpauk, Chennai - 10 from eligible practicing Advocates, Retired members of Judicial, Civil Services, Officers atleast at the level of Deputy Registrars and above of Cooperative Department (retired not earlier than two years prior to 1.4.2008) and Chartered Accountants/ICWAS/Retd. Bank Officers (Retired not earlier than 2 years prior to 1.4.2008) for inclusion in the list of approved Arbitrators for settlement of disputes relating to Multi State Cooperative Societies, if any, referred to the State Registrar under Section 84 of MSCS Act, 2002 functioning State in Tamil Nadu. 

The applicant should have settled atleast one Arbitration case and issued Arbitratory Award under the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 in the past and have experience in the field.

The application shall be accompanied with attested copies of certificate with reference to Qualification, Professional experience, past experience in the disposal of Arbitration case Date of retirement etc., and shall reach the Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, N.V.Natarajan Maligai, No.170, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 on or before 31.3.2008, for updating the panel for the quarter ended 30.6.2008 and before 31st May 2008 for the quarter ended 30th September 2008.
